Sleep is important. You might know this, but even so, it's easy to underestimate how important sleep actually is. Sleep is a fundamental bodily process in the truest sense of the word, and whether you're getting great sleep or poor sleep, the consequences will cascade throughout your body and mind, affecting every area of your life that you could possibly care about.

Alas, the vast majority of people in the western world don't get enough sleep, nor do we tend to rest deeply. Our environment is rife with influences hostile to healthy sleep: relentless light pollution, stimulants, anxiety-provoking media, digital distractions — you name it.

Great sleep is the ‘X’ factor that even many health-conscious people are missing out on. It's what makes the difference between being reasonably productive, or being a fountainhead of great ideas. It's what makes the difference between getting good results from your training program, or getting exceptional results from your training program. I could go on.
